Funda is that there was this chap named James Buck, a US university Journalism student who had gone to Egypt. There him and his translator were captured by the police and he used twitter to get himself a lawyer (he just typed "arressted" and people came to his help, giving him legal advice etc). He then tried to get his translator out. Mohammed.

The page is James Bucks' Page. Its the Journalism is not a crime campaign to get Mohammed Maree out of prison. The photo on the page is of Mohammad Maree. Basically, Mohammed Maree. He was arrested for helping James to take photographs at Mahalla Protests. James used twitter page to protest abt it and get Maree out. This page is still the same on twitter getting updated all along abt Mahalla status. I guess you forgot to erase James Bucks' name on the jpg. That explained everything.
