What literary work am i alluding to?

Well, as codenameV has pointed out, the number is nothing but pi in base11. And "We apologize for the inconvenience" is indeed God's message to Creation in the H2G2 series. The book the question intended to refer to was Carl Sagan's "Contact", where Sagan suggests that God's message to Creation lies within the infinite digits of pi, and this message becomes evident in base11. well, this is pi in base 11....more than that i cant see what literary work.....surely not H2G2....in H2G2 it is Sorry for Inconvenience, not We apologize for Inconvenience.

I saw the movie Contact. But the movie atleast points out to prime numbers as message from aliens. Is it also part of the book or is it Ron Howard's modification???
